The Oriental Watch Company Customer Service and Repair Centre is conveniently located in downtown Central. Designed and set up in accordance with Swiss and German watchmaking standards, the in-house repair workshop is recognised by Swiss and German watchmaking experts to ensure that the standards are duly met. The Centre is well-equipped with cutting-edge instruments including but not limited to the water-resistance testing machine, the analyser for watch movement, the Cyclomotion watch winder, and the Chronoscope S1 high-quality watch testing instrument. On top of the outstanding hardware, the watchmakers serving at the Centre have an average experience of 20 years in watch repairing. Most of them had worked in repair centres of major watch brands in repairing and maintaining Haute Horlogerie. The most experienced master watchmaker has served in the industry for over four decades.
